Medical Products Recalled
As a precautionary measure, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States has issued a worldwide recall of all liquid products under the brand names Major®, Rugby® and Leader®, due to possible bacterial contamination of these products.
If you are in possession of any of these liquid products from any of these brands obtained from any facility, including hospitals and pharmacies in the Cayman Islands, please stop using them immediately.
Acting Medical Officer of Health Dr. Samuel Williams-Rodriguez encourages all patients who may have obtained any of these products to contact their physician or local pharmacy for more information.
